2) 没付契约印花税, 相等于:-
i.逃税
ii.契约无效
By Law, 印花税是由租户承担, refer to IRAS website.
HDB合法租赁:-
i) 注册费(HDB) - 屋主承担
我们会在租客入住当天, 向HDB注册租客的信息.
ii) 契约印花税(IRAS) - 租客承担
印花税的金额是整个租期总租金的0.4%
没有交印花税的租约, 并不受法律的保护, 一旦出现问题, 租客很难维权
你说的这些都是完全合乎流程的做法。
现在lz的情况是没有签合同。口头合同也是合同。而且针对没有合同这件事情,肯定是屋主的责任大,否则屋主要求签,租客没有理由不签的。
