可以去HR告同事人身攻击吗？来这间公司两年多了，我们部门的同事都很nice，除了一个新加坡同事Z。Z在我刚进来时是senior engineer，之后升为staff engineer，我们都report给manager。不过因为我们部门只有一个manager，report给director的人太少，后来把他title改为project manager，但是并没有人report给Z。Z，manager，和几个senior staff engineer 是report to director。但是director很少过来，所以实际上是manager一人管我们部门所有人，也包括Z。
这个Z讲话超级讨厌，总是各种攻击我，经常说我矮（我只有156cm，并不介意自己的身高，可是每次被人这样取笑也是很烦）。
最近我刚从engineer I升职为engineer II，昨晚问另外一个同事一个问题，被他听到了，他在一旁嘲讽“no wonder you take so long time to promote from Engineer I to Engineer II. You take 2 years”
还有一次我找他们lab的一个人借了一个仪器，还回去时仪器上有两个ground没有取下来，他某一天突然把我叫去lab，反问我借的时候是这样吗？然后一直盯着我要我把仪器弄成借时一摸一样。可是他自己去找其他人借仪器时，从不会主动还，都是要别人去找他要他才到处去找，更别说还原成借时状态，能找到仪器就不错了。而且仪器这个东� (more...)

people only treat you one way , the way you allow them to.
你的这个同事人品极差，这种垃圾人，就要怼回去。而且你没做错事，至少要为自己口头defend啊。
录音可以作为比较极端的方法但是未尝不可。
建议先直接面对这个同事说清楚. enough is enough! 之前让着你是我大度，不计较。This is a professional workspace but the way you treated me is not professional at all. If you want to be skeptical of my work, bring it on the table with my manager. If you want to mock at my height, why dont you try picking someone of your same size? I am nice to people who treat me with respect, but you certainly do not deserve so.
