即使你口中被牺牲的60后非体制内，养老生活质量也比小坡的底层老人好太多。若退休年龄之前开始交社保，养老金领用终身；若退休后补交社保10万，每月千元领用终身。除社保外，每年100多元医保费用，保一切大病小病。别说新加坡底层老人羡慕不羡慕，就是小资青年也眼馋（仅从养老金及农村医保来说）。

老汉与懒汉不是一回事。1）我认同新加坡政府不养懒汉的作法，但是我认为懒汉应是年青力壮不劳动之辈，而不应该把老人简单归入懒汉之列。即使要催老人工作，也不应该无限期地催，以至于78岁走路都在颤抖的老人都感叹不工作就没饭吃；2）我不是青年才俊，工薪阶层一枚，把纳税人的钱给予一部分保障高龄老人的基本生活需求，我没意见。（即使不是一退休就发低保，至少人家已经7075岁、在坡工作了一辈子，给予一定保障不过分。)；3）纳税人的钱不养老汉，但养大量花花草、做不少过度建设。每个草坪每一两个星期就花钱请大量外劳修剪得一丝不苟，全岛每月养草成本有多少？NTU、NUS每逢放假就变成一片又一片的工地，9成新的地砖可能全部敲掉重新铺、9成新的墙面可能全部重新粉刷，这其中有多少必要、有多少是为了用完经费拨款而不得不为之？
