Listen to relaxing musicthe kind you hear in a hotel lobby.
or foreign language radio programs (as long as you don't understand it so you won't get interested at it).
Or read some really boring books. One page will do the magic.
At least this helps me when I'm having trouble sleeping.

when i have sleeping problems I just pick up any of the text books, it's bettern than any medicine...
