please add a procedure to check user activity statuswhen they click on the activating link
usually an active account shouldn't re-run an initialization code which will clear all its records like posts count

The user will not be able to reset the post counts etc.
however, he/she is free to activate as many times as he/she likes, just with some wasted effort for the n>=2 time activation.
