lazada 下单的Goo.N, 下单第二天就说ready to be shipped by the seller, 结果等了四天还是这个status, 后来跟客服联系了第二天就收到msg 说ship 出了, 还有track number, 结果再过一天收到邮件说the items were refused to accept at the doorstep! the order has be cancelled... 下一个邮件就是refund has been initiated.... 晕! 都没有delivery, 还拒收呢!! 还效率很高的立马给开始refund了, 看到邮件的时候联系客服已经晚了....
打客服告诉我可以退,然后我不容易约了时间交还物品送出去,结果再告诉你其实不可以退。然后再打电话申诉客服完全就是各种擦边球就是不Handle你的申诉,各种重复thank you for your feedback,sorry but...和we value our customers有p用。交涉了块半小时最后还是不退换,说给个50-15的voucher.都被他们家恶心成这样子还怎么会用他家的voucher.果断拉黑再也不买了。
