if you withdraw from program.

仔细看看你的合同

一般一年以内退学fully refund

超过一年refund half of the total amount.

不过听说（仅是听说）：

1：有哭穷被免掉的，主要看你退学理由

2：有推迟还得

3：有不还跑到外国然后被NUS追杀的（哈哈，有点夸张，也就是发封信告诉外国大学此人还没换钱，你们看着办）
surprisingly....一般大学都给足NUS面子。
