都没反应我写信问了OSA了，回信在此： Thank you for your email. The University has appealed to SingTel for waiver of the administration cost of transferring phonelines due to this relocation exercise. SingTel is currently still looking into our appeal and should be able to revert to us by this week. Pending the outcome, you have 2 options: 1) Relocate your line at your own expense without further delays ; or 2) Wait for SingTel’s decision, bearing in mind that they may eventually NOT grant the waiver.
