各 位 学 长 学 姐 们 ， 小 弟 将 再 今 年 12月 初 去 新 加 坡 读 预 科 ， 另 我 郁 闷 的 是 ， 我 们 去 后 要 考 试 ， 用 英 语 ， 成 绩 将 决 定 需 要 读 7 个 月 还 是 2 0 个 月 的 预 备 班 。 给 我 一 些 建 议 吧 ！ 吾 前 一 阵 子 的 考 试 都 不 知 道 怎 么 应 负 的 ， 没 想 到 更 大 的 困 难 就 在 不 远 处 向 我 招 手 ！ 望 各 位 高 抬 贵 嘴 ， 小 弟 定 当 感 激 涕 零 。

every one from SM2 has done that kind of exam before, no one died on that...
if you really want to shorten your bridging course and enter the university earlier, you'll need to do some preparation on english... at least can solve highschool math and physics in english... you should learned integration and differentiation right? i think the exam won't be more than that...
if you do not want to prepare, it is ok if you fail in the exam and do the 20-month bridging course. actually most people take that. so don't worry...

那 考 试 只 是 考 JC的 数 学 和 物 理 吗 ？ 化 学 和 英 文 有 没 有 ？
实 在 是 想 早 一 天 毕 业 ， 早 一 天 工 作 ， 早 一 天 完 成 和 约 ， 这 样 就 能 早 一 天 回 国 效 力 ， 我 当 初 就 是 报 这 这 个 信 念 决 定 出 国 留 学 的 。 不 管 怎 样 ， 先 谢 谢 你 了 ~~~！

first i clarify some points that
"most people took 20 mths becoz the 7-mth AP hv limited positions"

altough some very good students of i knew do not take AP exam at all, but in my personal opinion, no one dare to say that if they take AP exam, they will pass.

based on this point, think you should make good preperation in advance.

what you need to do is:
1> don't forget how to solve maths/physics problems
2> try to solve them in english
"knowing some basic maths/phyics jargons is very useful"
3> Have good command of English

That's all, do not waste time on studying something which you don't know at the moment, but to be very familar with what you know/used to know.

南大好像要考化学的吧？国大不需要

考试的内容不是很难，但是当时因为刚来新加坡，考试题目全是英语出题，所以很多东西看不懂的说。。。。。。>_____< （ps:偶的英语很差哈）

至于要念两年还是念6个月，还是自己拿主意吧。要是觉得自己英语不太好，还是念两年可能会好一些。但是你的成绩要是很好的话，念6个月的也确实会节省很多时间的说。。。。。。因为偶们念两年的，有近一年的时间是混过去的，满浪费生命的。。。。。。

如果你想念六个月的话，现在就开始复习吧。物力，高中的东西就够啦，不过最好看写英语的物理习题（如果有条件的话），免得看不懂题目哈。数学么，高中的数学是主体，有时间看些微积分，会考到一些，但是偶们那届考的不是很多。:)

我是3年前nie考的ap. 数学要用到微积分初步，你来新后有一个月可以恶补。物理国内的就够用了，至多加一点v=ds/dt.

ap名额不多，虽然是好是坏见仁见智，我个人强烈建议能上还是上，好处吗...大学毕业你就懂了。

首先还是要说，南大和国大的考试是不一样的

偶们当时南大是没有考英文，但是如果一开学的英文pre-test没有考好的话，老师会要你考虑，到底要不要上6个月的加速课程。

国大是要考英文的，如果没记错就是阅读加作文。作文可以写故事么？？hoho~~~，偶在新加坡这么久，essay写的都是议论文，没写过什么故事啊。而且，在国大，AP的考试中英文不合格的话，基本上连考虑的机会都没有，直接就不能学加速课程。偶们那届就有好几个国大的学生都是数理合格，但是英文不合格，所以没有上AP的。

再有，如果你能看懂A level的题目的话，考试基本上就没什么大问题啦。^________^
