老大小时候没有打Pneumococcal的疫苗。他现在已经4岁了，不知道这个疫苗现在是不是上小学必须要打的？现在打还有效果吗？

Prevention

The best way to protect against PD is through vaccination. Vaccines are generally safe and effective. Two types of vaccines currently available are- a pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine (PPSV) used for adults and a pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV) used for infants and children under 2 years of age and children under 5 years who have a weakened immune system.

Pneumococcal vaccines. (Minimum age: 6 weeks for pneumococcal conjugate

Synflorix is produced by GlaxoSmithKline. 是越早打越好吗？

一岁前要打三针，比一岁后多打一针，还有每次打疫苗都有发烧的风险，这么小的宝宝总有点担心，是不是可以等一岁后再打比较好？

有些医生说如果家里没有上幼儿园的孩子，不常接触别的孩子，可以等到1岁以后。风险要家长自己拿捏。

其余强制打的疫苗在polyclinic是好像是免费的，在外面打一般5in1或6in1就要用现金或婴儿花红了。

上个月打了肺炎球菌的预防针后，回家闹腾了一礼拜。不知道5in1的副作用大吗？

rotavirus是吃的，个人觉得还是蛮有必要的。
我家是两个月时侯rotavirus和肺炎球菌一起上的，我之前也是担心得很，结果那之后的一个礼拜除了呕了几次奶（我家的从不呕奶，这应该是吃rotavirus的关系）并没任何不良反应，也没烧。。

我家的三个月的时候打了5合1和肺炎球菌，还口服了轮状病毒，就当天身体有点发热，没发烧，第二天就好了。四个月打了5合1和轮状病毒，五个月又打了5合1和肺炎，都没什么反应。

不过我的想法是觉得诊所的医生也不经常给人打针，手法肯定没有poly的护士好。所以就去了poly。我都没听说可以用cpf，昏啊！
