要毕业了 有很多事情需要考虑 请你们这些前辈赐教

知道以前huasing有个“十年”，但是一是信息有些老了，二是也找不到相关链接了。所以还望前辈们根据你们身边同学朋友的情况，回答小弟几个问题，我相信不只是我一个人感兴趣吧，很多人都快出身社会，这些信息对他们也很重要。


请问我们这种SM*的中国学生毕业几年后（比如说 六年），事业情况如何呢？工资水平呢？有房有车的多吗？他们在新加坡社会算是怎样的地位？大概有多少比例的人回国发展或者去其他地方发展了呢？（其中没有满6年合约的人有多少？）留在新加坡的人对现在的生活满意度如何？

现在就只能想到这几个问题了，相信你们也不能得到很多人的信息，所以请结合你们身边同学朋友的情况帮小弟解答一下，感激不尽！

3 yrs ago, we also want to know the same qn, that's why we did 10 yr survey, after we finished the 10 year project, we found one thing, life path is very different for each individual, although SM1, SM2 and SM3 came here as a group, but after graduation, it is really by individual's effort. There are very successful seniors, there are seniors who are still exploring, there are seniors who want a change, there are seniors who are very contended, there are seniors who quit the workforce, there are seniors who start their own business. Everyone is so different, so I feel your question:
事业情况如何呢？工资水平呢？他们在新加坡社会算是怎样的地位？really depends on individuals. And the answer may not provide meaningful guidance to you, because you are also a different individual.

However, averagely, if you want to know, our seniors earn slightly more than S'poreans with same yr of experience. Not many have bought cars but most of those married bought a hdb.

From our survey, seniors are generally satisfied with life in S'pore. As for the percentage of ppl who want to stay back, the survey shows a 30%/70% ratio, while 30% want to stay and 70% want to leave. But take note 70% is those who "want to leave", the number of people who will actually leave is unknown.

Finally, everyone is different, and your success lies in your own hand.

顺便问一句。。。senior们买的一般是几房室的HDB啊？

况且这完全看个人所需了。

如果你想买大点的，应该可是买得起的，分期付就好了。
