开task manager
1、把能干掉的程序都干掉（包括explorer），然后在cmd下删这个文件试试。。
2、进安全模式，然后干掉这个文件。。
3、如果上面2个方法都不行，那用启动盘进入dos把，然后试图删文件看看。。
4、如果楼上方法都不行，格盘把。。
