After my big girl goes secondary school, we might buy another property. These are what I want:
- 5 minutes walk to MRT.
- 5 minutes walk to park. Can do 10km jog in the park.
- direct bus to government hospital.
- better walking distance to polyclinic. direct bus also can.
- in the middle, not too west, not too east, not too north ;)
- condo, 2B+2B, at least 80sm, room size>13sm, freehold or 999 years, more than 100 units. not older than 1998.
- budget 1.2M
- stay there at least 10 years till kids go to uni. We may use this property for retirement.

不需要太市中心，hillview，marymount,这些都挺好的

这个两房有点小，如果三房，就是1.5M
99年，没有公园

两个都跑过很长一段时间，更喜欢公园。
公园如果树木多，早晨9点，10点也可以。
运动场就很难了。
而且公园跑起来赏心悦目，唯一的问题就是晚上跑步有点怕，人不是很多。
