Since SIXGA had previously stated that the top 4 players of the National Opens are the legitimate Singapore representatives for the Asian Xiangqi Championship, we should not be questioning the players' ability and use this forum to "pressurise" them to give up their rights. If the team does not perform well in this competition, then perhaps SIXGA committee should reflect on the decision to select players based on one single competition. Right now, let's give our support to these four players and hope they will achieve a respectable ranking and do Singapore proud at homeground!
