Job description
· Oversees import and export functions
· Prepare shipping document such as shipping invoice, draft B/L, marine insurance coverage, draft inspection certificate and certificate of origin
· Liaise with bank on letter of credit negotiation and document against payment
· Liaise with insurance agent on insurance coverage
· Update customer on shipping document and arrangement
· Monitor and follow up on shipment status and payment
· Generate shipping report
· Check on LC compliance & request for LC amendment if necessary.
· Preparation of export documents in accordance to LC / Contract / Customer’s requirements
· Assist with office administrative works and / or other requirements from management

Requirements
Senior executive role
3 years + experience in logistics, prefer handing dry bulk shipments
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
Knowledge of accounting is an advantage
Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
