答任何一个MBA招生标准都是以balance为王，就是说你的各方面都需要平衡，如果哪方面有缺陷，就需要在另一方补偿。 针对你的问题，尽管INSEAD有一定的倾向性（这种倾向性适用于所有tier 1的Bschool－喜欢咨询，IB出生的申请人），但是INSEAD没有硬性规定工作背景，而工作年龄也是起码2年而已。就我个人的例子来说，我04年NTU， EEE毕业，刚2年WE，应该是和你背景相似。当然，在目前招的几百人中，像我们这种背景和短时间工作年龄的非常非常之少。建议你在本职工作上取得一定成绩再申请，而不是单纯为了跳槽或者工作不愉快而申请。

Is loan and scholarship enough to cover all the expenses (living expense & tuition fee)? If not enough, how much saving will a person need to complete the one-year course, given that the person has enough discipline to control his spending?
