还是买学校附近好了又是将来要离开，又是要上学........当然是学校附近了。出租也好出租，将来转手也容易。咬咬牙直接上4房。

我是外行，也希望大家告诉我一下，3房来讲 30w左右，为什么要买dover之类的地方呢？我就会考虑买 lavender,tiong bahru, tanjiong pagar之类的地脚。价钱和dover，bishan之类的差不多吧。propertyguru上看bugis 150平米的组屋也才60w。如果不在乎印度人，farrer park那边甚至价格更便宜。 其实我一直搞不清楚 clementi,dover,bishan之类的离市中心还有一段路的房子为什么会这么高。也许和高租金有关？ 如果仅仅是高租金，市中心的房子更好吧？lavender 5年的组屋4房的40w左右。为什么要去买旧的clementi呢？
