Responsibilities:

* Working under Corporate R&D Department
* Act as software architect to develop intelligent network/service management system to manage/control mission critical communication systems and smart grid
* Provide technical leadership in helping to drive company technology direction/roadmap
* Perform technology evaluation, requirement analysis, application architecture, design and implementation/prototyping
* Conduct research on the new technologies

Requirements:

* Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical/Computer/Communications Engineering
* 4-9 years working experience
* Strong software development skills in J2EE / Database (MySql, Oracle) in backend software development
* Good analytical, written and communications skills and Self motivated
* Experience in communication protocols (Web Services, XML, SNMP, TCP/IP)
* In depth understanding of Enterprise Application technologies such as JBOSS or Weblogic, Tomcat, Apache will be an advantage

这个职位是高级工程师的职位，所以要求你在工作中能用英文清楚的表达你的设计构想，和同事进行沟通交流，书写英文文档，做设计产品报告（presentation slide)，等等。

很多国内来的朋友都不太重视这些soft skills,只顾埋头编程干活。无形中就把自己定位成了一般的程序员，被动的接受和完成任务，难以职场向上发展，很可惜。这方面我们应该向印度人多学习。

不管怎么样，面试总是用英文的，所以你必须要能说服面试官才行 ：-）
