NTU or NUS, which one is better for P.hD in IC design field??? Currently, got M.Sc degree with CAP = 4.9, from ECE in NUS. Want to pursue one P.hD from NUS or NTU, for IC design. Should I choose NUS or NTU?????? Which one is better??? Thanks.

How many professors are there in that division?

Thanks. That's good for NTU.But this number could still not convince me that NTU is better in IC design field as I know NUS has at least 5-10 professors in this field including RF IC design. And it really depends on academic achievements I guess, not only the size. Any further information on NTU side you want to provide? Thanks for update.
