But can anybody accurately predict to what extent it's gonna drop? I doubt it...

After moving.. dun think I'll keep tracking the HDB price.... how many percent the price will drop? I dun care... At least I'll try to act cool if dropping like hell.. :)ha

just to put a roof over my head, no need to wait for the best price..
