MIT 的几个学生做的 Cook My Meat: https://groups.csail.mit.edu/uid/science-of-cooking/home-screen.html 可以选择肉的类型厚度和起始温度，然后增加任意多的烹调步骤，每个步骤可以设定每一面的加热温度和时间，然后按一下 Cook 就会在右边呈现出各个时间段肉里的温度分布。用作参考相当不错，实际使用中如果拿一个针式温度计测温会更精确。
其实我不是专家，以上种种也是从别处看来，实践之后觉得比较有用的。
