如果打不过，就close，这比拖着继续花钱花精力要好，这个和止损的想法一样。


而且Yahoo不是靠Auction 起家的，但是我承认Auction的关闭的确是Yahoo之前管理不力的一个结果。如果他们做的好些，不会再很多市场输给对手的。他们自己都没什么人认真做Yahoo Auction的生意了，就怪不得市场摒弃他了

这些公司都有输输赢赢，向Ebay在台湾输给Yahoo 奇摩，在中国大陆认输出局一样，生意吗，都有输输赢赢。


既然价格已经price in 了，我们就要看看前景如何了，过去的事情已经过去了。


我承认Yahoo现在在拐弯的路口，未来是死是活，很看今年下半年，就是Jerry重新回来的第一个半年。
