Even if it doesn't rise these days. But you must give those who have already value the share to cumulate targeted quantity. Then you could expect the stock rising. The process should be very boring. But you must be very patient. Genelly, the mistake of most investors at market rising, is they sell it too early. It does make sense.
Image if you sell the share too early, then will you take the money out of market? Of course not, right? So what share do you want to buy?...Maybe the same one after a few days.
So, in TA opinion, you should wait at least till the major trend over.
