Recently I introduced this Singapore website to some friends who like xiangqi as I found that it has a lot of information on Singapore xiangqi.
If the discussions of these types of serious topics could generate some solutions, then it serves the purpose for Singapore Xiangqi, otherwise just wasting times. My personal belief is "action", don't just stop at "talking".
