move 32, i feel black should move car 6=3. if red bing 7=6, black can either pao 5+3 (eat center pawn, or pao 1+3 (whack xiang....) black's 7 horse can always ma 7-6..no problem.
Red's weaknesss is obviously his center pawn and his lame horse at one corner, and since red moved pao 7+2, he wanted to continue to attack black's xiang, and also move ma 8+7 to jump up his ma.
Hence my move will be car 6=3, to eliminate these 3 threats all together and whack him.
