同为star alliance 的 泰航就明显友善多了。
论餐食，泰航绝不比新航差。

新航也被调侃商务舱餐食不如经济舱好吃。

10年前， 大多数人同意新航是世界最佳航空。
现在， 人们认为新航是one of 世界最佳航空.
新航有时候过于节省成本（到了有点小气的地步），这个平衡点太不容易掌握了。
