借帖 问问 关于房贷之前签的配套是固定利率3年。现在刚第一年。但是发现其他银行好像现在有很多利率很低的配套，所以想换配套。
就想问问，如果第一年付完之后想换成另一家银行的另一个配套，需要付多少赔偿？还有其他都有些什么手续费？
