I’ve heard back from my manager now – sorry about the wait. He has asked that anyone wishing to place a large order of this type signs an assurance that the products will not be resold, and has drawn up a short agreement for this purpose. I have attached a copy to this email, so if you could please sign and return it to us at the address shown, we will be able to release your order as soon as we receive it, and we will allow future orders to process unhindered. Unfortunately the agreement will need to be posted to us rather than emailed as we need an original signature for our records. I am sorry for any inconvenience and look forward to hearing from you.
