借人气，请教个避税问题：top up CPF Special account 的钱，以后取出来时要交税吗？收到CPF Board email, 号召 top up CPF Special account。最多 7k， 按 8。5% 税率算，能避税 595. 并且有4%利息。问题是我以后要求取出来的时候（比如cancel PR），这部分会交税吗？如果到时按20%算，岂不是。。。。。。

我的理解关于CPF SA的取款的税务规定 只有简单一句

Withdrawals are tax-free

对比SRS(Supplementary Retirement Scheme)的规定:

Withholding tax imposed on withdrawal by any foreigner and SPR will be based on the rate prevailing at the time of withdrawal

是不是可以理解为CPFSA的所有取款都是免税的
