Job Position 1 : Sales & Business Development
Responsibilities：
-Develop and establish new business
-Cold calling
-Further develop current clientele
-Quoting Clients
Requirements:
-Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
-Minimum 3 years of experience in the international logistics industry
-Strong sales ability
-Don’t take no for an answer
-Ongoing pipeline on offer
-Fluent English, second language tends to Mandarin


Job Position 2 : Overseas Business Development
Responsibilities：
-Preparing quotation for overseas agents
-Receiving export booking
-Coordinating pick up and deliveries of containers
-Preparing export docs
Requirements:
-Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
-Minimum 3 years of experience in the international logistics industry
-Understanding of export docs and incoterms
-Attention to detail
-The ability to meet deadlines
-Strong customer service skills
Fluent English, second language tends to Mandarin


Job Position 3 : Operation Executive
Responsibilities：
-Liaise with local and overseas customers on booking confirmations
-Handle B/L issues with customers and carriers and issue tax invoice
-Arrange trucking and other services with local vendors
-Create and input job details into company in-house system
-Apply all types of customs inward & outward permits including preparation of export documentations.
-To manage the suppliers/vendor of the Airfreight & Seafreight operations.
-To manage all administration matters relating to the Air & Sea operation set up.
-To coordinate and execute the cross trade business of other countries related to Singapore business.
-To ensure all procurements are in compliance and file up proper administratively.
-To support the network/agent business in response to quotes and information as and when required.
Requirements：
-Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
-must possess at least ‘O’ Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field, Maritime is preferred
-Good command in Excel & Word, Fluent English, second language tends to Mandarin
-Good attitude and be able to work under pressure
-Strong attention to detail and have customer-centric aptitude
-Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
