downtown地铁站和raffles地铁站都离asia square walkable distance，特别downtown站走三五分钟，沿地铁线七八站以内租就可以了，每两站地下地铁之间间隔两分钟。收入应该是一般银行VP的标准，不用养车房娃，肯定能攒下钱的。
