顺便提供点求职tips：
1. 哪个Job portal最有曝光率？
答：Monster。因为monster的用户群体比较庞大，而且resume search功能强大，所以基本上是全岛每一家中介居家旅行，杀人灭口之必备好物。其次是JobStreet，但是我不是很喜欢用……JobsDB、JobCentral等等网站用的人就更少了。
2. 我投简历给中介怎么没反应？
答：我每天都会查邮件，连垃圾邮件也查，所以不会存在漏掉的问题。不回复是因为事情很多……如果你投的简历正好现在没有合适的空缺，我就直接存到数据库，以后再用。收到是肯定收到了哦。如果担心被漏洞，可以加一个”阅读收条“要求对方收到后发送。实在很着急就打电话。
3. 为什么中介要问我工资、签证、申请了别的公司、有别的offer没有？是在探问隐私吗？
答：不是……因为要帮你申请工作，就要回答雇主会问的问题。不论去哪家公司找工作一定会被问你上一份工作拿多少工资，为什么离职，需要多少时间提前通知，拿什么签证对不对？
之所以不一开始就告诉申请人雇主是什么公司，因为我们要维护自己的利益。遇到过一些奇葩的申请人问清楚了雇主是什么公司之后就说我要自己去申请，不走你们的推荐。很无语。问你拿了什么offer、面试了什么公司是防止重复申请，做无用功。
4. 简历什么格式最好？
答：word格式的，旧版.doc或者新版.docx皆可。因为中介要去掉联系信息，重新排版，如果给PDF就很麻烦。
5. 简历的写法建议？
答：首先很多人忽略的一点，就是要给出一个至今为止你的career summary。总结自己的key skill，写明自己的职业目标。
还有一点被忽略的：最好对你工作过的每一家公司给出一个简短的介绍，不超过两行即可，写清行业、生意内容，给出网址。如果是超大型公司还须写清你供职的部门、division、本部门的生意和职能。
简历要写得不超过一页是针对fresh graduate的。对已经工作的人，尤其是从事IT的，要仔细介绍自己做过的每一个project，包括背景、时间、客户、你在项目中担任什么作用，做出什么贡献。写长点不要紧的。

Knowledge of complete Netlist-to-GDS flow, including floor planning, power-grid synthesis, place opt. and routing, CTS, timing closure, signal integrity, STA, and physical verification
Knowledge of Synopsys/Cadence tools like ICC or Encounter
Knowledge of low power design implementation or flow development

【Contract招聘】HR Executive，一年合约可续签，DP holder welcome有个小公司（大约10人左右），是各种storage/back-up/networking软硬件产品的分销商。找HR Executive，只要有HR经验就行，不必有新加坡工作经验。
就是说如果你从国内过来，拿DP，在新加坡还没有工作过，但是在国内的时候做HR工作，就可以申请。公民/PR当然也可以。
Job scope:
1. Help operate the company's internal ERP system daily(ERP training will be provided);
2. Help director assess each employee's performance and submit reports regularly;
3. Business analysis;
4. Recruitment process;
5. Other ad-hoc HR duties.
不需要很多经验，有1年以上即可。

Embedded Software Engineer, Logix
You will be responsible for the development of Compiler / Embedded Software for Logix Controllers, our latest generation of industrial automation controllers. You should be capable of applying object oriented analysis and design techniques.
Requirements:
· Degree/ Master in Computer Science/ Embedded Systems / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering with concentration in software; or equivalent knowledge in the areas of embedded real-time software engineering (requirements analysis, design, testing), data structures, algorithms, and C/C++ language (or other middle to high-level language) required.
