签contract offer注意事项拿到一个18个月contract的offer，待遇和工作内容还比较满意，打算签了。

刚毕业第一次签工作，不知道该注意哪些事情。请问主要有哪些条款比较重要，关系自己工作之后的切身利益的？

目前HR提供的基本情况是有基本保险、14天annual leave、年底发第13个月工资。请问还有什么要注意的吗？

Hi,you may want to check on below:

1. Is it a direct contract with the firm or via the agent? This will affect you payroll
2. All the leaves you are entitled to. note that you can take non-pay leave
3. Do you follow same working schedule as other perm staff? Do you need to support on holiday?
4. Do you have medical claim? What is the scheme?
5. What is the notice period reqiured to either side for termination of service. Is there any penalty?
