=> PROJECT OFFICER:

The post is opened immediately to work on "Heteroepitaxy of GaAs on Ge/SiGe" in collaboration with MIT and IMRE. Looking for a good Bachelors degree holder in Microelectronics, Photonics, physics or Materials science background.

=> NTU PHD SCHOLARSHIPS:

The two NTU PhD Scholarships are tenable immediately – both stipends and research fees are covered. Potential candidates must enroll by Jan 2006. Non-NTU/NUS/SMA graduates need GRE and TOEFL scores.
