大巴窑附近有一个Value Hotel68元起，但是好像是没有窗户的。

我看了78元的房间，房间比较小，放张双人床，但是很干净很新。

balestier area -->"fragrance hotel" has a lot of branches in Singapore, mainly central area, you can check out their website.

"value hotel" also has a few branches, mainly in Balestier area, they also have a website.

"hotel 81" is slightly more expensive, but may have promotion on certain days, you can check their website too.
