探讨成立2015年国家队大家好！我代表个人意见提出下列方案，请广大棋友们给予意见！希望我们能够成立一支强大的新加坡队伍与中港越对抗！
主题：
成立2015年国家队
宗旨：
公平竞选国家代表，同时培养团体精神，并提供一个方案让国家队员有个平台集中训练，以为新加坡作出贡献
选拔方法：
1）首届国家队－由2013及2014年全国赛前6名加上2013及2014年“图隆杯”冠军（14名额－可能有重复）
2）次届国家队（2016年及之后）－由2015年国家队前6名及2015年全国赛前6名加2015年“图隆杯”冠军（13名额），2017年如此类推。。。
挑选方案：
2015年国家队－最多14人，可采取单循环或双循环（视人数而定），从2015年1月至5月周末进行比赛。由于是循环赛，如果在如期无法比赛，可灵活安排赛事，不过需要有棋证督促。
奖励方法：
2015年赛事有－世界杯、亚洲个人赛、新马杯、其他比赛。
建议由2015年全国赛冠军及选拔赛冠军代表世界杯；如其中有队员无法代表，将由国家队亚军顶上，由此类推。
其他赛事由国家队代表，根据名次优先考虑
往后单年度赛事根据以上方案进行
2016年赛事有－亚洲杯团体赛、新马杯、杨官璘杯等等
建议由2016年全国赛冠军及国家队前3名代表；如其中有队员无法代表，将由国家队殿军顶上，由此类推。
其他赛事由国家队代表，根据名次优先考虑
往后双年度赛事根据以上方案进行
其他奖励：
在找到赞助商的情况下，建议给予小奖励，或国家队服装（正装、运动装等）
如有中国大师、特大来新加坡执教，将特别安排训练课程给国家队
以上属于理想构思。如人数不够等情况出现，可以考虑增加名额（全国赛7-8名、图隆杯亚季军等），至于女子和少年队，大家也可给予意见。期待大家的参与并给予宝贵意见，谢谢！我将综合大家的意见，在理事会议上提出可执行的方案。（在此声明，我这次也得到几位棋友们的综合建议及意见才提出上述方案，如能落实，功劳将是属于广大棋友们的！）

非常支持探讨，合理赛制能够选出最强壮阵容小小建议：选拔人数不易太多，选拔时间有限。14人选拔单循环要下13盘棋，比个人赛9盘还多一半。有些人下到一半没机会了就不尽力下了，后期质量下降。一个建议可能是控制在2个周末8盘棋。
赛事探讨：
奇数年赛事：世界杯、亚洲个人赛、新马杯、其他比赛，需要2名代表。
代表1：当年个人赛冠军
代表2（方案1）：个人赛第2到4名+图隆杯冠军共4人进行双循环8盘棋较量（有重复顺延）
代表2（方案2）：个人赛第2到7名+图隆杯冠亚军+象总开会指定1人共9人进行单循环8盘棋较量（有重复顺延）
代表2（方案3）：个人赛第2到6名+图隆杯冠亚军共7人进行单循环6盘棋较量（有重复顺延）
偶数年赛事：亚洲杯团体赛、新马杯、杨官璘杯，其他比赛，需要4名代表。

一般国际比赛都在年底，除了新马杯5月份，报名通常是在6-8月间。所以选拔出来的名次需要7月前最理想。
所以如果靠当年的全国赛已经来不及选拔了。所以，我的建议是前一年的成绩为标准加当年的全国赛冠军。
国家队有14名额，不过我考虑不是所有人可以参与，并且有重复，所以估计最后有6-10参与国家队比赛。也请大家注意我的宗旨，是通过这个比赛培养国家队的凝聚力，同时是一种训练过程，单循环或双循环是对棋手们一种要求。多点机会训练我个人觉得是好事！

建议可考虑用Grand Prix 分数制比如以下（仅供参考）：
2013年全国赛：
冠军-6分，亚军-5分，季军-4分，第四-3分，第五-2分，第六-1分。
2014年全国赛：
冠军-12分，亚军-10分，季军-8分，第四-6分，第五-4分，第六-2分。
2014年图隆杯：
冠军-6分，亚军-5分，季军-4分，第四-3分，第五-2分，第六-1分。
2014年其他大杯赛：
冠军-3分，亚军-2分，季军-1分
2014年国家队内赛：
冠军-6分，亚军-4分，季军-2分，第四-1分
以下把个人成绩最好的三或四个比赛总加起来，分数最高为GP排名，可代表国家。这个制度，就算没空参加全国赛也可以其他方比赛成绩入选国家代表。[火影 (1-23 23:30, Long long ago)]

...)GP 方案意见不错，但执行起来有问题，因为这样还是要求代表多参赛并取得好成绩，毕竟大家也不是职业棋手。
这个方案也无法让国家代表有个训练的机会。成立国家队的目的也是集中有资格的国家代表棋手一起下棋训练，选拔赛就是一举两得的方法。[AnthonyK (1-24 0:42, Long long ago)]

Agreed.Although I don't have much chance for National team, but i support the idea to filter out only the best players to represent Singapore. Quanguosai alone may not necessary be accurate in picking the best players to fight Asia strong.
The ultimate aim of any good system is to choose only the CONSISTENTLY better players to represent Singapore. This will also help those who miss out participation in quanguosai in one particular year (due to valid reasons) to qualify for NATIONAL TEAM in the following.

After selection games,only the top players and the reserves will be able to rep singapore (as national players) in 2015. If so, the Team of 13 are not national players but rather national player candidates. Once the actual players are selected, the rest become redundant. At most they can be part of a group of sparers to train with the actual national team, but they will not have the chance to be part of the 2015 national team again. Based on the reality that normal players also have at least career and family committments, it will be impractical to have numerous selection games in a year.
Technically speaking this selection method will be equivalent to a national game group A tourney whereby only players minimally Rated Class 1 (RC1) or who has certain rating points are allowed to play in.
If this was the case, then at the start whether the candidates are the NSA's members is not important. But once they are selected as national Team Playes, they do need to be members as both parties will be in a contractual relationship whereby both sides interests will be well looked after. If players are not members, then it will be hard for the NSA to justifying the deployment of resources to assist them.
One thing though, the NSA will need to ensure especially during the later stage of the national team appointment period, the players are still members as valid period of national team status and NSA's membership can be very different

for the NSA (SIXGA) to justifying the deployment of resources to assist them (in conducting 选拔赛), it is fair for all members in the Team of 13, at least to have memberships until Dec 2015, before 选拔赛.
As SIXGA (person in-charge) of National Team may not reading your posts here, it could be better if you could direct your suggestion(s) if any to SIXGA directly.[新加坡碧山 (7-26 8:06, Long long ago)]

for the NSA (SIXGA) to justifying the deployment of resources to assist them (in conducting 选拔赛)...)当初我提出年头统一收费主要是make it easier to forecast potential funds from membership for that year and make it simplier for SIXGA manager to collect the membership fees using this new system as it is only done at the start of the year which is when generally people has more funds at hand. It should get SIXGA more funds overall as players who wait till the national games will be treated as new members and so have to pay more. Of course, during that time, there was no concrete plan to implement the national team system, so it was not taken into account.
The national team director, I believe, already has a working plan for the national team system. The friendly discussion here is more for discussion purpose to help those not in the loop of SIXGA like most of us to better understand how some of the system work and thus reducing misconceptions and misunderstandings.
If we want all the national team candidate to be members, it might be a good idea to get all participants of the national games to be members. Someone calcualted before to me, it is actually cheaper to join as members. For those who dont join as members for the national games, we can simply allow them to participate but they wont be eligible for prizes, entry to national team selection and other benefits etc. This will also reduce the adminstrative hussle of getting them to register as members. The decision to be eligible for benefits will be made by the individual particpants themselves on the onset of the national games. [SG-Reporter (7-26 12:41, Long long ago)]

individuals will do own calculations and choose the path preferred.
e.g. you paid the membership fees until 2020 as indicated here previously is a good example,others may not prefer this way.
