usually, there is no way to 求和 for 包干制 except, e.g. :

如果某方拥有明显的胜势但因时间吃紧，或已形成“正和”的 局面，可以提出和棋的要求，经裁判同意后，该局即判为和棋。


Opponent is not in the picture for 包干制求和 except 裁判, 时间 is one of the critical factors, of course, 裁判 has to decide on those situations not covered by the stated rules.
