any Singapore residents without grade can join the individual event, furthermore, if there are 4 players stay within the same constituency (as confirmed by the respective C.C.), they are also qualified for the team event.

we are thinking to let you know who are the other players within the same constituency as you so that you are able to form team in future years, say in 2010, 2012 .... for 碧山杯全国选区象棋团体赛.

we may consider to include graded players in future if we have higher budget ...

the 30-minute system (to complete all games within two days) may not be used in future if we can have more days (for venue) with higher budget ...

Last but not least, we had 56 players (including 7 graded players) in 2006 碧山杯全国象棋个人赛, we should have at least 60 non-graded players for the coming event (better still to have at least 10 teams) if we still plan to organise it in future (on budget matter).

as there were only 12 teams for xiangqi.

maximum -- 100 players

the projected figures -- 2004 (26), 2006 (56), 2008 (86 ??)

less than 40, will not organise and stop the preparation process and not likely to plan 组队到西马交流 (in 2009 活动预告). :)
