In Bishan's system,
For students, by age can go up until Grade 4 (1st in under 18 group)
For all regardless of age, from Grade 5 and up to ..... depending on the performance in SIXGA Yearly Competition and/or some other competitions.
As 蔡政源 (Terry Chua) ranked 11th in 2007 Group B, he could be given Bishan Grade 4 later this year or 2008 CNY gahtering when we hold the certificate presentation.[棋人生 (6-26 1:07, Long long ago)]

Yes, his qualification to represent Singapore in 亚洲杯 was from 选拔赛
in Sep 2006 and not from Singapore Open 2006 in July 2006.

新加坡卧虎藏龙的太多了.
其他又如兄弟李勇同学.当时IFG他computer science队vs我engineering队,他红黑两盘杀我没商量.最后engin队靠宇斌等高手才整体战胜CS.
