fastest taxifor other means, basically two stages

1. nus to boon lay
2. boon lay to ntu (199 or 179)

for 1,

fastest: 95/96 to BV/Clementi mrt station, then take mrt to BL
slower: from AYE, take 198 to BL
more slower: from Pasir Panjang Road, take 30 to BL
