现在nus、ntu的硕士是不是都要自费了啊？？我看了看，都没有奖学金，只有给东盟国家学生的。
要不就是读by research的。。。在读master的学长都是读by research的？？

I am not sure whether those Research scholars need to pay the tuition fee if they fail to pass the PhD QE.
