求助：租房住时遇到的一点麻烦刚刚和几个朋友合租了一套组屋，住了不到三月。洗衣机彻底坏了，没法修。和房东，中介联系过，房东一口咬定是我们‘操作不规范’造成的，因此不肯替换，并要我们自己负责全部责任。

这台洗衣机至少用了六年，而且好像买的时候还是台二手货，我们才用的时候就发现洗衣时间超常，多过两个小时；洗衣机转动的声音也大，当时我们想能用就行，并没有和房东说什么。可是上个月，也就是住进去一个多月以后，我们发现，洗衣机计时的冬冬不能正常走了，而且洗衣甩干时的声音越来越大。因为房东在国外，我们叫房东的一个亲戚来看了，他说声音大很正常。于是我们就接着用，这个月初，洗衣机彻底挂了，一接电源就引起跳闸。

耽误了近三个星期了，问题还没有解决。

不知这种情况，房客该怎么做？有经验的朋友帮帮忙吧

有租约就按租约办，没租约或租约没有这方面的约定就自己买，或者手洗，或者搬走。不怕麻烦的就天天跟房东烦，或者交房租时跟他拖着。看谁挺得住。这么小气的屋主不用跟他客气。[panpo2 (9-27 20:42, Long long ago)] [ 传统版 | sForum ][登录后回复]2楼

same problemcontract always states: for those damages due to your negligence, you have to replace the same with new ones at your own cost and expense and to yield up the same in good order and condition at the termination of the tenancy.

So if 房东一口咬定是我们‘操作不规范’造成的, then you have to find sth to prove it is wrong.

谁主张，谁举证。
她要扣钱你们就去告她
她拿不出证据就只能给钱。
