请问：拿student pass可以在新加坡签证去加拿大学习吗？想在这边退学，然后去加拿大学习。
有没有人熟悉这方面的情况。

McMaster University

Waterloo University

University of Toronto

As long as you have stayed in Singapore for more than 6 months, you can apply here. If you don't have financial assistance, you need to provide your financial proof.
