去新加坡要面签吗？在solar系统上面提交了form16后还需要面签吗？我在国内，已经拿了NUS的offer, 在solar系统上面提交了form16，等学校寄签证过来，我还需要去大使馆面签吗？
是不是拿着护照、他寄给我的offer，还有临时签证就可以去报道了，还需要什么东西吗？

play safe, u might want to call the s'pore embassyI think u don't need to seperately apply a visa, but just play safe.
