请问关于被Block IP....怎么样才知道自己是不是被Block了呢?

在Windows XP下用IE连接别人开的FTP时, pop-up窗口说: make sure you have permission to access the folder (The operation timed out),

难道这就是传说中的被block了吗? :(

No. IE reports that stupid error message wheneverthere is ANYTHING wrong going on that stops you from listing the folder's content from the FTP site. There are many more things that go wrong besides your IP being blocked. My recommendation: never use IE for FTPing.
