Come inMost files in i386 folder of windows installation CD are CAB packages and M$ changed extensions of these packages file to ??_

i.e.

exe -> ex_
dll -> dl_

......微软的一种文件压缩方式，用expand.exe（一般安装安装光盘有，早期的dos命令）解压缩，使用方式: expand *.nl_ *.nls (*.nl_是你要解的文件名，*.nls是解开后的文件名，不过你事先要知道扩展名)。
