想问有关海关退消费税(GST)的问题听朋友说在新加坡买的东西(大东西了)如果要带会国或去别的国家用，出海关时可以拿回消费税。
问题
1。如何拿回和在哪里拿回
2。需要什么证明(只是给他们看你的物品和收据？？)
3。有没有时间限制，比如说买了半年了还可以吗？
4。人人都可以吗？(公民，PR，WP，EP)？

B2,refunding
collect ur refund in cash,cheque,direct credit to ur credit card, or the airport shopping voucher(with additional 10% in value)at the Global Refund counter near the customer counter at Changi Airport, Terminal 1or 2;
2nd: or u can choose this Downtown cash refund
1)，proceed to the Downtown cash refund counter at Scotts Shopping center level2, with ur-completed Global refund cheque,recepit,passport,credit card(visa or master)with 6-month validity---refunds r in Singapore dollars only and r limited to 500 per tourist,
2），show ur purchases,recepits, and passport to the customer officials at the airport and have ur Global refund cheques stamped
3),for the items to be checked-in,obtain the Customers stamp before check-in
4),return the Customers endorsed Global Refund cheques to the staff at Global Refund Counter,next to Customers
