Try these operations=>Method 1:
Step1. Open a windows window.
Step2. Search for "hotbar",
Step3. Delete related files.


Method 2:
run msconfig, in the startup section deselect "hotbar".


Method 3:
Edit registry.
Step1. Use "Ctrl+f" to find the keyword "hotbar"
Step2. Delete related keys.
