请学长指教！soc大三学生(cs)，关于读研我是soc cs的大三学生，准备继续读研，现在的几个选择是soc cs的master, soc is的master, 和 Asia Pacific Logistic Institute的master。现在拿不准这个logistic institute的情况怎么样，请大家指点！

1.这个logistic institute以前学长有人申请吗？难度如何？因为要考Toefl, gre,很费事，如果弄半天戏又不大，或者读出来没什么用，就真的不值得了

2.logistic institute毕业以后主要从事哪方面的工作/研究，这几届学生毕业后的出路怎么样？

3.我读研的时候不想读cs了，请问is的研究生都是做些什么性质的研究，是很无聊的写文章凑数字还是也是编程，搞一些实在的东西？请soc的研究生学长们不吝赐教，说一说cs的master和is的master从出路来说哪个好，谢谢[dearjohn (2-21 1:14, Long long ago)] [ 传统版 | sForum ][登录后回复]1楼

logistics是现在很热门的方向看看SOC，有很多关于logistics的research projects on going。目前这种人才也很缺少。
而且那个institute是NUS和Georgia Institute of Tech合办的，据说一出来就有两张文凭，比SMA还实惠。国内很多去不了美国的人也都往这里挤，啧啧~
所以可以进去的话应该是很受用喽，I mean，如果你对logistics有兴趣——不过我看不像，呵呵，因为这方面比较多的是algorithm啦graph theroy啦这些CS里最无聊的东西（in my opinion），but你又不喜欢CS。。。
