------ 急！！朋友的电脑感染病毒 ------她用norton 查毒是在WINNT发现叫 Backdoor.kavar的病毒，而norton不能自动修复，请问该怎么办？删去会影响windows 吗？
另外她的电脑不能关机，请问是为什么？

from the registry key
